Siring our prospects for the future is the stunningly well-bred stallion, MUTAZAYID. Half brother to two Group winning horses and cousin to Ghanaati (recent 1000 Guineas and Coronation Stakes winner), Marcus Tregoning says of him “Although he was a big colt, he had a wonderful temperament and being out of a daughter of Height of Fashion speaks for itself as she was one of the best broodmares of the last 20 years.” Izzywizzywoo, The Only Option and Trigger Tease are our broodmares currently in foal to Mutazayid. All three are lightly raced, well bred mares and have already given us two strapping colt foals by Mutazayid. In addition, we have a beautiful yearling filly by him out of Basheera, who we are grooming to be our first two year old runner!

Although we are a small yard we are a growing yard and are thrilled to offer our racing club members and owners the best of everything racing has to offer. From youngstock to point to point, National Hunt to Flat racing, the thrill of racehorse ownership is cultivated here at Whitley Farm. Our door is always open and we encourage owners and members to drop in to visit the horses and watch them in work.
